In early 2022, Helen Adams Realty launched its HOMEsolutions platform with the aim of simplifying and offering more options for the buying and selling process. One of the platform's noteworthy features is the Market Ready program, which has continued to receive positive feedback from clients and agents alike.

The Market Ready program was designed to address two main concerns of clients: helping sellers receive the highest possible price for their homes and assisting buyers in purchasing updated and move-in-ready homes. The program has achieved this by providing up to $30,000 per client, interest-free, to fund upfront improvements, repairs, and renovations. This allows the seller to make hassle-free home upgrades before listing, knowing that homes in "parade ready" condition, resulting in faster sales at higher prices.

In addition to assisting the seller net more for their sale, the Market Ready program also provides a client-friendly solution where their agent will run the entire process. This includes sourcing vendors, handling appointments, processing and delivering payments, and more. Once the home sells, the seller simply pays Helen Adams Realty back from their net proceeds at closing.

Since the program's launch in April 2022, Helen Adams Realty has worked with more than 50 homeowners and deployed more than $520,000 in capital. The improvement projects have included bathroom remodels, kitchen cabinetry paint, interior/exterior painting, hardwood floor refinishing, carpet replacement, wood rot repair, crawlspace work, HVAC replacement, roof repair, and landscaping.
